You have made my day!!! I have been trying to sort out the Elzira/Elvira Massengale/Blassingame relationship for a long time. I have death certificates for several of her children and some say Massengale and some Blassingame. I was never able to find a death certificate or obituary for her.
Do you have a marriage record (or other proof) for George Jenkins marrying Elvira/Elzira Massengale?
Also, if you could find Book and Page number for the guardianship record I would greatly appreciate it.
