I am searching for information on John Ernest Sidney. The 1871 census (the first he appears on) says born 1854 Soho, London. His mother was Mary Ann ? born about 1824.
The marriage certificate of John Ernest to Julia Faldor in 1879 states that his father's name was Frederick Sidney (deceased) who was a Stock Broker.
I cannot find a birth registration for John Ernest nor any information on a Frederick Sidney.
