In the 1851 Census there were 6 John Sidgwicks in Hutton Rudby
Their ages were 65,60,33,32,28,& 9 - I guess the father of George was either 32 or 28 - I am Descended from the 33 yera old who was also a weaver (Hutton Rudby was described as an Industrial Village with the weaving of Sailcloth being prominent industry - Do you know any more names? Wife, brother/sister etc It may be possible to narrow down the possibilities. The summary I have does not have occupations but does have different census area which can assist in narrowing down the possibilities
