BARR, SIDES, LEAMAN, PAXTON

I am looking for the following and their neighbors in the Nickle Mine / Mine Ridge area south and east of the town of Strasburg in both Strasburg and Bart townships.I am gathering information that might help me look for land records.

Abraham BARR/BEAR and wife Betsy--owned land near Mine Hill in 1815; perhaps this is in the Mine Ridge or Nickle Mine area?

John and Sarah (BARR) SIDES (Sarah d/o above, 2m. John LANCE/LANTZ) Related to the Sides who owned the Fruit Valley Mill in Strasburg township? There is a Sides Mill Road that turns into Lantz Road.

Robert and Julia Ann (BARR) LEAMAN (Julia d/o Abraham and Betsy). Said to be of Strasburg in wedding announcement in 1822. Related to the Leamans of Leaman Place?

James and Rebecca (BARR) PAXTON. (Rebecca d/o Abraham and Betsy). Said to be of Beaver Falls, PA. Related to the John Paxton who owned the Green Tree Mill AKA McClure's Mill on Nickel Mine Run about 1815? Or the John and Samuel Paxton who owned the mill from 1817 to 1819? This mill replaced an earlier mill and tavern owned by various people: Thomas and William Smith, Col. James and Robert Thompson,
