Hello,
My maiden name was SANDRA (sandy) SIDES. I was born on May 11, 1934. Richard D. Sides was written in a bible of my Great Uncle Joseph Sides, who lived in Ada, OK>
I visited my uncle in Oct. 1974, telling him that we were moving to Carson City, NV in November. He told me to bring him his family bible. He opened it, and there was the name of RICHARD D. SIDES,first County Treauser of Caron CIty, Utah Territory.When we moved to Carson City, I spoke with the State of Nevada Archivist Guy Rocha. He just resigned from his position last year. Anyway, he told me that if it is in a BIBLE it most likely is truth to being related. My uncle passed several years ago, and his daughter's and family have no idea where the BIBLE is. Gosh, I would love to see it again.
Richard D. Sides was a very interesting person when he moved into Nevada back in the year's of 1950. It is state that his father was Leonard and his maother was Catherine.
