I don't mean to be a killjoy about all the information you have been given...but:
One Nancy Sidebottom was the daughter of John Sidebottom and was born in Clark County Kentucky. She probably would not be the one having children in Frederick Va.
A second Nancy Sidebottom was the daughter of Joseph Sidebottom and was also born in Kentucky. She is not likely to be the one having children in Frederick Va.
Both these Nancy's were named after their aunt Nancy Sidebottom, sister to John and Joseph. It is quite likely that any other siblings would also have named their daughter Nancy. Which Nancy Sidebottom stayed in Frederick Virginia and married Mr. Brent?
We must be very careful not to make assumptions about people based on names without collaborating information. Just because we have a Nancy Sidebottom in our data base, does not mean that she is the one who is in Frederick Virginia!
