Looking for any information on JULIA ANN SHY. I'm not sure who her parents were or where she was born. She married ANDERSON BROUGHTON 29 DEC 1897 in Jasper Cty., Ga. Didn't find her again until 1920 census but listed as JULIA BROOKS. Also listed were 5 kids named:
Mary Brooks, age 14
Ida Brooks, age 12
Willie B. Brooks <daughter> age 5
Pellom <daughter> age 4
Roosevelt Broughton <my g-grandfather> age 17
In Roosevelt's obituary it states a surviving sister as Pearl Dangle of Chi. I don't know if she's one of the girls listed above or another child that wasn't listed or born during the 1920 census. If anyone could provide any information on Julia it would be a Godsend. I've been lost on this side of the family for so long and anything would be helpful. Thank you!
