The 1819 date is an estimate for Conrad/Angelica marriage based on birth of their sons Conrad Jr in 1822 and John Y in 1826, and Conrad's son Abram in 1812 by his first marriage to (prob) Sarah POST.
All of the Shutts info on the Montgomery County GenWeb site was posted by me.
Abram SHUTTS, son of Conrad, md 4 Jul 1838 at Rotterdam DRC to Helen Ann QUACKENBUSH. They did have a daughter named Elisa/Eliza, born 1844 according to 1850 and 1860 NY Census of Town of Glen, Montgomer County. But this Eliza married a Joseph MILLER, not a Henry Thompson.
Now, it's pretty interesting that you mention a Henry THOMPSON though. Abram's half-brother Conrad Jr md Sarah FRITCHER. They had a daughter, Mary Cebra SHUTTS (1846-1939) who md Jay IRVING (1846-1924). They had a son, Harry Thompson IRVING b 1879. I never knew where the name Thompson came from.
Conrad Jr md a Sarah (see above), not an Eliza.
