Yesterday eveing, after placing my post, I did look at the 1850 U.S. Federal census report for those born 1849 in
Pennsylvania.

I did find a John Montgomery, son of Abraham Shuman born
about 1825 in Pennsylvania.
This family was in Northumberland County.

I also found this under another researchers online tree.

Abraham, born about 1825 was the son of Jacob, born about 1781, and this Jacob was the son of Turkey Hill George and
his 2nd wife. This George was born about 1720 in Germany,
so, if this information is correct...then, HELLO Cousin!
