Yes, thank you for your note. I did make a mistake in my posting.

(Dr.) Johan Martin Shults (Shoults) married Juliana Stentz and I descend from them and their son Martin. The younger Martin married Barbara Emmert. Her father was Frederick Emmert and I have a supplemental in DAR for his service also.

The DAR recognizes Johan Martin's service now, as I was able to obtain proof from the NC State Archive. Back in January there was some question, but I provided the proof and everything is fine now. Johan Martin Shults also provided public service while living near Lincolnton (Maiden) NC.
