"Scholl, Sholl, Shull genealogy the Colonial Years" by
John William Scholl
The books lists several Scholl /Shull families and in some cases when they came into this country.
This is a large book 900+ pages in two volumnes.

Contents of this book are available thru Heritage Quest.
Heritage Quest is available online thru some libraries.

copy of the "Contents" page from the book.

A reprint of the book is available from a publishing company but is quite expensive. or
