Thanks for the reply. Since I posted that I found that his full name is Daniel Pickney Shuler and Marcena O. was Marcena Oluer Way. My family 'intertwines' with both the SHULER and WAY at several times in the Orangeburg area it seems. I just looked and am connected with SHULER through COLLIER, JOHNSTON, PARLER
My interest in Daniel comes from that of his son James Allen Shuler who married Carrie Lena Traxler who was my Second Cousin 3x Removed and his daughter Mazie Rebecca Shuler who married Arthur David Traxler brother of Carrie.
