I am sorry that I can't help you with Janie. My Shuey family has MI ties as well. I would like to know if you have William Shuey b. 1834 MI in your family outline. He died in Montrose, IA when struck by a train and has a Civil War history. I have his children's names if that might help but no wife given. Good luck on Janie Amelia. I assume that she is a family member.
