My ancestor Martha Shreve had a Sister Elizabeth Shreve. They were the Children of David Shreve and Nancy Thompson.
David (Son of Solomon Shreve) had an earlier wife whose name I do not know. He had a daughter Mary Shreve who married William "Wheelwright" Williams. I do not know if this first marriage or second marriage had any other children.
Have you checked the Rockingham County Heritage book for any listing of Shreves?
