Can anyone please help me with some 'Showers' I have come across. I have a website with the Strawbridge family on it under Genealogy and have found these names that I think are connected to this family.

Sarah Showers b. abt 1798 (UK) d.4 Aug 1889 (NZ) married Thomas Eli Strawbridge. Sarah emigrated to NZ abt 1862 with her children after her husbands death. I think Sarah's parents were Joel Showers and Mary Hore. They also had a son Joel b. 1802 (Chard) d. 23 Apr 1878 who married 1827 (Chard) to Susannah Channing Pavey b.1804 (Chard) d.1879 (Buckland-Somerset). She was the daughter of Samuel Pavey and Elizabeth Channing.

I also came across the name of Eliz abeth Johanna Pavey b. 27 Jul 1852 (Devon) d. 3 Aug 1937 married to Joseph Samuel Strawbridge b.1845 (Devon) d. 16 Aug 1910. Joseph was the son of Thomas Eli Strawbridge and Sarah Showers.

I also have a Elizabeth Strawbridge b.1823 d. 1900 married to Thomas Boyland. Elizabeth was the daughter (once again) of Thomas Eli Strawbridge and Sarah Showers.

I have found, but not a connection, for a Hannah Showers who married abt 1820 to a Thomas Boyland b. 1789 the son of William and Mary Anne Boyland.

Can anyone help me link these names or better still to add to the family trees of any of the families.

Regards Joanne.
