Posters, beware! Pam Brown (email@example.com) is a "name collector" who only wants your information so she can sell it in book form. Pam Brown will promise to send you her Showalter research in return, but it never happens. I wrote to her for 3 months this year, sending pertinent information on my family, and got nothing but empty promises from her. After I wrote to her in May of this year asking when I would get the information she promised me, all correspondence from her suddenly stopped.
Dealing with Pam Brown, "Showalter Historian" is a one-way, dead-end street. She is an ugly mole on the face of the Showalter family. Beware!
