Thanks, Donna. I had come across the marriage of George Stubblefield to Kezziah Read, also. I am wondering if George Shortridge ever married a Kezziah Read at all and if someone just got the Shortridge name mixed up with Stubblefield! So far, no one has been able to give me any supporting evidence for the marriage of George Shortridge to Kezziah Read.
