Mary Catherine Murray RENSHAW of The Rocks, Matlock, Derbyshire. Widow.
Arthur SHAW of High Storrs Road, Sheffield, Yorkshire. Builder.
Stanley Pierson SHORT of 251 Brincliffe Edge Road, Sheffield, Yorkshire. Chartered Accountant.

Mary Renshaw is giving an 800 year lease on property at 251 Brincliffe Edge Road to Stanley Short at a rent of £6/7/10d per annum.
We are told that Arthur Shaw has erected the house on this property at his own expense and Stanley Short is also paying £850 to Arthur Shaw for this house.
The property contains 472 square yards and is part of the Bagshawe Estate, in the township of Eccleshall, Sheffield.
