sarah, thomas, and william were the children of william and elizabeth.
sarah @1639-@1676 (then)james city county married george @1658 son of william middleton. he born @1635 and died @ 1674 they were parents of george, jr, jane, thomas, and sarah. in my digging, i have never run across any mention of a weeks person.
william short maried mary rookings and were the parents of william III and elizabeth.
thomas short (11th back in my family) had two children being robert and william. i am still trying to figure out the wife of thomas after all of these years. i think it was an ann.
back to sarah's george, jr. married katherine hunt d/o william and sarah knott hunt. his estate filed 1710 according to the llewelyn collection. george, jr. had john, rebecca, and jane.
i have sarah's jane married to a john price with james, sarah, and mary born to them. jane remarries an edward johnson.
sarah's sarah marries thomas bilbro, son of william. parents of john, thomas jr., and james. i have quite a bit on this family.
there is another middleton that comes into the short family and i still have not figured out where he came from. i have played with this about 45 years now and what i have 'printed' for my own use is the average of all that i have run across over all these years....like everyone else, i look for and enjoy corrections....and any info that will point me in some direction of a new place to look. i thank each and every one of you.
