Looking for William Eugene Short in TX till 1960

Hello,
I am looking for anyone who can help me find information on William Eugene Short who lived in Houston, TX until 1960 or 1961 then moved to Florida. He was previously married to Anne F. Heffner (from Pennsylvania)in 1954 and they had a daughter Lisa Anne in 1958. He used to race midget cars and was a tennis pro.
