Hi Jan,
I am curious as to how you are connected to this family, is it through the Shorey line or the Wilson line?

I am not sure if I have the marriage date for "Henry" Shorey and Anna Wilson, but I will try to find it...He was born in 1839 and died in 1913: she was born in 1844 and died in 1934..this is on their gravestone. They had lived in Mohawk, Herkimer County, NY for many years before he died, I assume she still lived there when she died. They are both buried in Mohawk Cemetery, as are their two unmarried daughters,Fanny M. b 1873, d 1959: Susan A. b 1876, d 1956.
Their other daughter Villa C. married Reinhold W. Theuerkauf Aug 28, 1895 at Ilion, NY by Rev. W. H. Hubbard.
They had one son Albert. Reinhold died in Ilion, NY on Jan 30,1912.
Do you know what happened to Villa and her son Albert after that?
I searched for Robert Wilson and lost him between the 1880 census and the 1892 census for NY, so I assume he died during this time...I never could find his wife, except for a female the right age in the 1840 census, she was gone in the 1850 census....sorry
I hope this has answered your questions...
Joyce
