Hi just going through to see if ther was any info on the Shorey's. My Mother published a book last year titled "Thomas Shorey Decendants and Related Families". Thomas was born 11-12-1771. Later than the Lydia you're looking for , but maybe they're connected. Quite a few are from the New England Coast, Maine, CT, etc.. Let me know if it's something your interested in.
