The book: Bratwurst, Bagpipes and Tea..Shope History

In the late 1990s I published a book about the Shopes, Tillinghasts and Stinsons. The main emphasis was the name Shope. For the last five years I've been moving around and haven't answered William k Shope's mailings. I'm not working on the Shope genealogy anymore, but will help with info if I can. I know I've made mistakes but I keep learning. The most difficult was from where the first Shope in my line came. That's Bernhard and I thought it was Andreas. From Bernhard and on with his three sons I got most of the info right (if I could find it) I know now that Barbara Meder was Bernhard's wife and I found where the Lower Paxton farm and the original Shope cemetary were. I've got a few of the self published books left (Bratwurst, Babpipes, and Tea)if anyone is interested. My line was through Jacob, (Bernhard's son), Jacob (Jacob's son who moved to Centre and Clearfield counties)Mitchell(2nd Jacob's son who stayed in Clearfield County) and Ira (Mitchell's son who moved to Montana.)Even though I'm not working on a book anymore I'll be glad to answer questions if I can and I'd be interested to know who else I'm related to. R Shope
