Hi List I found sseveral Shoupe/Shope on the 1820 Buncombe CO NC census and looking to tie a Ann Shope who marr. a Chambers and then marr. Andrew Cope 1837 Haywood CO NC. The Bird family are found by Andrew Cope 1840 Haywood CO NC one is Thomas Bird. Thomas and Benner Bird b) 1740-1750 are on the 1830 Haywood CO NC census.
Benner Bird SR and JR are on the 1820 Buncombe CO NC census by Jacob Shoupe 00100- 00100- page 124
the Burnet, Goforth, Sluder, Morgan, Whitaker, Smart, Dockery names are found by Jacob Shoupe.
