I have that George, b. 1754, had two sons George and Jacob and other children. My line is thru Jacob, b. about 1775 and married Elizabeth Unk., about 1790 in Wilkinson Co., GA where they both died.
My line further descends thru their son Henry and his son Martin.
There seems to be a world of information on all of the other sons of Michael with the exception of George. Additionally, not much is known about the Shofner line that settled in Wilkinson and Muscogee Counties, GA, then later on into Wilcox and Conecuh Counties, AL.
Does any of this connect with your Shofners?
