Have my husband's g-grandfather's death certificate and it shows mother's name as MARY SHOFFNER and she was born in Missouri.
Mary's son would have been A. Henry Franklin, born 1856 in Missouri. She was married to John Franklin, born 1832 in Ohio and son of Mathew and Margaret Franklin.

Would anyone know our MARY SHOFFNER's family lineage?
