Thank you for your response on the Shoff Forum.
From the names of Jacob and Elizabeth's sons, it does appear that they named their children the traditional way. Since Adam was Jacob father's name, then Elizabeth's father must have been named JOHN.
Do you know what his middle initial "G" stands for? If it stands for Geis or Geissmann, then I would say that you are related to my wife.
