I appologize to you and the List. I think I told a couple other people that book was on there too. I don't know why I was thought it was on there. A second check and I also see it's not on either of those sites.
I purchased my book about three years ago from the granddaughter of the writer at the following address:
Phyllis B. Shoemaker
95 Winterwood Dr.
Londonderry, NH 03053

It seems like I phoned her and verified the address to send payment. I do not still have her phone number. Check telephone directory.

I'm sorry to have gotten your hopes up of the book being available online.
