I am not sure if I can help you but you have some conflicting information so will give you what I have which has been a joint effort with several other Shock descendants.
The John Shock descended from Henry did have a son John Henry Shock. He is my line but he did not have a son by the name of George Washington. But his brother, David Hurst Shock did...David was born 1800 and died 1880 in Boone County, MO. His father, John, was born 1771 in Virginia and died 1854 in Boone Co., MO.
David had a son George Washington born Feb. 22, 1842 in Boone Co., and died 1917 (don't know where) The information I have says that he married Mary Morris or Moss?? Feb. 25, 1869 and I have two sons listed, Amos Clayburn and Robert Lee. I have not other children listed or any thing else on them.
So it may be that your John and George Washington Shock might not be part of this family line.
