Hello, I just discovered your email. Thank you for your reply. Edith Lydia Shoaf b/April 16, 1890 d/ Oct 31, 1970 was my husbands grandmother. She was married to Arthur Thomas McGaffic b/July 7, 1883 d/Feb 28, 1958. Ediths parents were Albert Shoaf b/Aug 28, 1858 d/Nov 20, 1937 and Lydia Emma Davis b/July 15,1858 d/April 8,1937 d/o David Davis and Elizabeth Harier not Harter. Albert Shoaf's parents were Albert Shoaf and Margret Phillips Shoaf. And you misunderstood me...it was my father-in-law Arthur Gilbert McGaffic and Dr Paris Shoaf who were cousins and died on the same day, Aug 15, 1998. Colleen
