shield. The lower two-thirds of the shield is blank. I do
not know the color of this lower two-thirds of the shield.

the CANTON of BASELLAND, the Country of SWITZERLAND, where
they were BLACKSMITHS by occupation, coming to PHILADELPHIA,
PENNSYLVANNIA, as their port-of-entry, aboard the ship
"ANN" c. 1749/50. Settled in LANCASTER CO., PENNSYLVANNIA.
