The Green-Taylor-Marion-Washington Counties, KY are where my family lines were from about 1780-1790 to 1900. I have worked on these lines for about 25 years and will be very happy to share any information I have. There were 3 Shively men in this early area; John, Michael, and Jacob. We have tried to connect these men with the group who were attacked by Indians. We are very sure my lines are connected with the Hardins and Hardings but have never found the exact proof we need. We do know that John Shively's father, Michael Shively, was a neighbor to Abraham Harding in Monongalia County, W.VA. Please send me a separate e-mail message and we can start our correspondence. Thanks.
Larry Shively
