John Shively early 1800s in Indiana

Looking for any information about John Shively who probably died before 1850. His mother may have been named Rebecca, and he had two children that I know of. He married Elizabeth Kuns 7-29-1841 John probably had a sister, Esther, who married David Musselman.

John and Elizabeth had two children:
Barbara (b. 8-19-1842 IN; d. 8-11-1887 IN)
John (Jr)(b. c1845)
Elizabeth is in Carroll Co, IN with Barbara(8) and John (5) in the 1850 census. In 1870 she and Esther Musselman are living together in Carroll Co.

Carrie Oswalt (Barbara's granddaughter) said that John Jr was blind and lived in Lucerne, CA. Barbara Married Silas Truss 11-5-1868 in Cerro Gordo, IL, but they lived most of the time in Peru (Miami Co), IN.

Any info on either John and/or John Sr's parents would be appreciated.
