I have photographs of the George A. Shirk family that I need to find a home for. The photos came to me through a great-uncle by marrige. The family is that of George A. Shirk, b. 1871, KS, and his wife Alice Harrold/Harold, b. 1872, PA. Their children were Leone, b. 1902; Harold H., b. 1904; Charles Leroy, b. 1904; George Bernard, b. 1906, d. 1973 in Denver, buried Fort Logan Nat'l Cem.; Lyle Cleo, b. 1907 (my great-uncle by marriage), d. 1987, Temple, TX, bur. Bellwood Memorial Park; and Dorothy Ida, b. 1912. The children were all born in Colorado, if not in Leadville then Salida.
