Rebecca Shipley & Jacob Billingsley>TN>KY>TN>TX

Seeking the ancestry of my 5th great grandmother Rebecca Shipley, born ca 1797 in Tennessee and married Jacob Billingsley (1795-1848) in Washington County, Tennessee on May 10, 1812. Rebecca and her children are found on the 1850 Lawrence County, Tennessee census and then she and her children migrated to Johnson County, Texas ca 1854. Her sons Nathan S. and Elbert J. were already in Ellis County, Texas by October 26, 1850. Rebecca reportedly passed away in Johnson County, Texas before 1870 but I have yet to locate her place of burial. Was Rebecca the daughter of Nathan Shipley of Washington County, Tennessee?
