IN MEMORY
In memory of our dear sister, Martha Walston, who died at her late home at Idaho, Jan. 9, 1914. She went from here to Missouri thirty four years ago with her brother, Job Shingleton. In a few years she married and moved to Idaho. She had only visited West Virginia once during that time, and the news of her death was a sad blow to her sisters, Mrs. John Shanholtzer, Mrs. George Bowman, Mrs. Joseph Shanholtzer, Miss Orsina Shingleton, who all live near Romney, and one brother, Job Shingleton, who still lives in Missouri. She was a member of the Dunkard church and had been for many years. Her husband and four children, Mrs. Mary Hetzel, Bertha, Guy and Floyd, and two grandchildren survive her.
