I found a record of a marriage in Jackson County, Illinois between a William H. Hardin and a Amanda Caroline Shingleton on 2 Feb 1866. Relatives and I have photos of a William H.H. Hardin and his wife Amanda Caroline, but we don't know how they relate to our Hardin family line. I think this couple in the marriage record might be the couple in our photos, but we really don't know much about them. Perhaps we can share information!
