Henry Shingler in 1900 PA. census

Can anyone tell me anything about Henry? He was found in the 1900 census for Wyoming County where he was in the home of his uncle Marcus TILLMAN. It says Henry was a barber and was 22 years old, but the only Henry Shingler who ever showed up before in the TILLMAN family was born in 1869 and appeared on the 1870 PA. census as a one year old. He was in the TILLMAN family home then, too, in the home of Marcus's father David, but his status was not noted, just the fact that he was there. None of the Tillman daughters married a Shingler man, so Henry remains a mystery, although now(in 1900) he is listed as a nephew of Marcus TILLMAN. Does anyone know anything about Henry? Could he have been the son of one of the sisters of Marcus's wife Ella STURTEVANT? Marcus and ELLA had one daughter Ella(Hattie).
Any help appreciated to sort out Henry's relationship to the TILLMAN family.
Lois Morgan
