Hello. My name is Sheri Shiflet. I have been searching for my father Carl Shiflet since 1980. When I was 6 years old, him and my mother broke up (they were never married) and since then my mother (now passed) didn't allow him to visit me (reason unknown).
My mothers name was Peggy Goode (Cuervo). I was born in Fresno, CA. My father Carl Shiflet was from Texas. He was about 6ft 2in, maybe 220 lbs. I have one very old picture of him. He had wavy, curly hair. He was a outdoors person. When I was about 5 he took me to Arizona to live off the land one summer. He knew very wild tricks, she showed my older brother how to pick a lock with a rubber band. I heard that he was in the military.
My father Carl Shiflet was previously married and had to other children. They were about 7 years older than me. I believe I met them once. By now, they must be between the ages of 38-44.
