TRUEMAN SHEW, pioneer daguerreotypist

I am seeking Trueman Shew, pioneer daguerrean artist and brother of three other daguerreians. Like his brothers, Jacob, Myron, & William, he is said to have been born near Watertown, NY; unlike his brothers, his life dates remain unknown. After a (brief?) period as an itinerant in New York state, Trueman is said to have managed the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, gallery of John Plumbe, Jr., 1841-1848. He may be the same as T.B. Shew, also listed as a daguerrean in Philadelphia.
