Johnny, What a coincidence! I am descended through Boston's daughter Mary who married Lewis Day. They moved to Missouri (Bollinger Co). Their daughter Sarah married Peter Lowrance. And their daughter Mary was my ggrandmother. The family moved to Marion Co about 1875. Lewis Day also came to Marion and then married a lady named Ellen Gay. His wife Mary Shew Day must have died. She is on the 1870 Mo. census, but by 1880 is is married to Ellen in AR. The real mystery is about Deborah Shew, daughter of Boston. She married Lot Day, probably a cousin of Lewis. He, Lot died abt. 1855 and Deborah shows up in Stoddard Co, MO in 1870, a widow. However, she is listed as the "step grandmother" of Mary Pilgrim, my ggrandmother, when her grave was moved from the old Wildcat cemetary when it was flooded when the dam was built. I want to know how she was Mary's grandmother..she must have married Lewis at some time. She died in 1877.
I haven't been to AR for years. My dad was born at Kingdon Springs (also flooded) near Jimmie's Creek. His last name is Morrow. Maybe we can connect some other relatives. Thanks for writing! Nancy
