I'm trying to get this Thomas Sherwood right and it's hard. I'm going to write what I think I've found and then I'm hoping that a more expert Sherwood genealogist will post corrections.
Let's start with the immigration:
In April 1634 they sailed from Ipswich, England aboard the "Francis" and they landed at Boston Harbor in June 1634. They were Thomas Sherwood age 48 and his wife Alice age 47 and children Ann age 14 and Rose age 11 and Thomas age 10 and Rebecca age 9.
Thomas Sherwood in his will mentions 4 additional children that did not immigrate with the family and who do not seem to have come to America.
So the family begins like this - dates based on age at immigration, birth of first child, etc.

Child = Jane - born England, didn't immigrate
Child = Thomasine - born England, didn't immigrate
Child = Margaret/Mary - born England, didn't immigrate

The Banks family + younger Sherwood children lived at Rye, CT
Mary LNU Sherwood Banks died 1694
Mary LNU Sherwood Banks will 06 Jan 1694, proved 13 Mar 1694
All of this has been found in print, but that does not make it correct. Please fix!
I am descended from daughter Mary and have been concerned about her age. She apparently married young. In many Loomis records she is listed as born 1638 - but if Thomas Sherwood's first wife didn't die until 1640 and Mary is the third child of his second wife then she must have been born in the 1640s. Can someone clarify?
