Dear Robert,
Thank you for responding to my query on the Sherwoods. The primary dates that I'm interested in are for Mary Sherwood and the marriage to Solomon Ruggles. Of course, I'm interested in any family information in the Bible and would love to see a copy of the photo.
My information on the Sherwoods is a bit sparse. Do you know anything about the Ruggles? It looks like there was quite an exodus from the North East to Washington Co, Va in the late 1700's. Solomon says in the 1880 census that his father was born in Conn.
Most of my information on the family is after they moved to Knox and Roane County, TN. If I can help you there in any way just let me know.
