Rev. John Sherman CT 1613
I found an old handwritten chart in an old genealogy book (not Sherman) which I rescued from a throwaway pile. It states:
Rev. John Sherman, 3rd minister of Watertown Conn. b. 1613 d. 1685 m. 2nd Mary ? d. 1710. It lists their daughter, Mary Sherman m. Daniel Allen (no dates).Mary Sherman/Daniel Allendaughter, Abigail, m. Apr 1, 1703 to Moses Palmer (baptised Nov 15 1674).This Palmer goes back to a Walter Palmer b. abt 1585 in England and wound up in Charleston, Rehoboth, and Stonington CT. Abigail and Moses had a daughter (looks like Anne) b. 1706 Stonington CT m. Jonathan Tracey. These Traceys go back to Lt. Thomas Tracy of CT b.England, d. Nov 7 1685 Norwich CT.
