Arian, here I am again. The last time I wrote to you was in 2004. I wrote regarding the marriage of Evelyn Sherlock to Fred Winkler. You said you were guessing that she was his #2 wife, after reading my letter. Well, I got a call from Evelyn. She did know about my Mother, Gail Curtis, but agreed with me, that neither of us had proof that the marriage ever took place. I had been led to beleive Fred and Gail were married in 1941, and that is how I left the conversation with Evelyn. Yesterday, I found evidence showing Gail and Fred were married in 1937. I realize this has nothing to do with the Sherlock family, except for the fact that Fred may have actually been my Father, therefore I would be a sibling of children he fathered with Evelyn. I cannot find her phone number, but if she is still living, I would really appreciate your putting my in touch with Evelyn one more time. She was a lovely, gracious person when we last spoke. My real request from her would be some sort of close up photo of Fred...I think that will be the best either of us can do. Thanks for you attention to this, I appreciate any help !
