Hi Sandy -
I think that your Abraham was the son of Paul Sheraden and Elizabeth Smith. BTW, Abraham had a brother named Paul also. Elizabeth Smith was the daugher of John and Mary Smith of Hampshire Co., Virginia. I have a copy of John Smith's will that proves the connection to this family. A Paul Sheraden purchased land in Hampshire Co., Virginia. Tax rolls indicate a Junior and a Senior Paul. I suspect the Paul that died in Ashland Co., OH is the junior but I don't know. I would love to exchange information with you.
