Our part of the Shepherds comes from the Midlands in England. I am actually from Rugby.
My grandfather went to the USA around 1920 I believe, to the Carolinas but have no further information.
My father, Kenneth George Shepherd was one of three children, Geoffrey and Muriel were the others. Geof lived for some years in New York State, then in Toronto Canada before returning to the UK.
The grandfather is my interest, as he may have had further offspring in the USA. Any info or contact is welcome.
I now live in Germany, near Munich. I emigrated in 1968 from Rugby to Switzerland, moved in 1977 to Germany, 2000 to California and in 2008 back to Germany. I have 4 children in Germany.
