I THINK THAT THE WILLIAM SILAS SHEPHERD AND PETERS IS IN MY FAMILY LINE, ALTHOUGH I WAS GIVEN THE NAME SALLY PETERS. A DAUGHTER, NAMED MARY SHEPHERD, WOULD BE MY GG-GRANDMOTHER. SHE MARRIED JAMES THOMAS MULLIN WITH SEVERAL CHILDREN, SOME BORN IN CRAWFORD COUNTY, ARK. DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR. HAD HEARD THAT SALLY PETERS WAS FULL BLOOD CHEROKEE. ANY INFO TO ADD?
