John Shelton, (1735-1798) was married to three women: 1.Anne Barrett Randolph md abt 1755 (dau of Reyton Randolph and Helen McCauley Southall) 2.Nancy Williamson md 29 Sep 1773 (three children: Robert, William Parks, and Eleanor) 3. Ann Southall me 17 Jan 1784 (dau of Turner Southall and Martha Vanderwall) (6 children: John Southall, Alexander Barrett, Phillip Turner, Harriett, Polina, and Edwin.
