Shelly - Perry Co, PA

Searching for the family of William Henry(?) Shelle)y(51) living in Buffalo Twp., Perry Co, PA, in 1910 with wife, Effie(30); daughters, Myrtle(8), Arsula(3), and Fanny(1). His older sons, William C.(24)(wife Agnes) and Clarence(18) also found in 1910 in Perry County, PA. Talking with an aunt, she believes this line goes back to an Indian tribe in Perry County - possibly Cherokee. Anyone know of this tribe or these Shell(e)y's? Any/all help gratefully appreciated.
